We are approximately 4 miles from the A590, 40 minutes away from the M6. Turn off the A590 at the Haverthwaite crossroads then follow the Grizedale Forest signs until you see a sign for Crosslands to the right. Turn right then immediately right again. 

There is parking for 2 cars, with more available on request. Secure storage for motorbikes. Electric car charging available.

You can use either Cark and Cartmel train station or Windermere Station.

 

From Cark and Cartmel either book a taxi, or by, pre-arrangement, we can collect you.

 

From Windermere station, walk, or taxi, to the ferry and cross to the west shore, By pre-arrangement we can collect you from Ferry House.

If you want to travel by bicycle, either follow the directions for cars or come by train. The ride from Cark and Cartmel Station is approximately 8 miles on fairly flat,quiet roads, whilst the ride from Ferry House is approximately 7 miles on even quieter roads, but quite hilly.

By prior arrangement, we can collect you from either.

There is plenty of secure bike storage at Lands End and a wealth of bike fettling equipment should your bike require some TLC.
