This is a great place to stay

Between Windermere and Coniston Water, close to Grizedale Forest, Lands End Cottage is a delightful cottage with superb views and a great location in the beautiful, peaceful Rusland Valley.

An idyllic rural setting of small fields with stone walls and rocky wooded knolls. Great local walking and accessible to the central fells of the Lake District.

Comfortable spacious bedrooms, large gardens and wildflower meadow, living space with fantastic views and a warm welcome await!

Couples, families, small groups on business or pleasure, walkers, climbers, wet boots, dogs, muddy bicycles, motorbikes, cherished vehicles and even canoes, are all welcome at Lands End Cottage.

And we can provide those wonderful little extras such as flowers, special cakes, hand-made chocolates and even elite catering!

Absolutely amazing find, and believe me we have stayed in plenty. Totally stunning inside and out. We were left free range eggs, bread, tea and coffee, milk, jams, scones, bean bags for the dogs, bowls for the dogs, balls for the dogs and homemade dog treats. Full range of bathroom products,we have never seen extras like this in all our years of visiting cottages. The views from the lounge are amazing, and the garden is beautiful. We have definitely hit the jackpot here.
